Pizza Hut - Manchester

This restaurant is not suitable for families. The overall experience was terrible, with average food and service. There are better dining options available elsewhere.

We still enjoy Pizza Hut's pizza, and their new Detroit Style pizza we tried last night was pretty tasty. However, this review focuses more on their delivery service. This new location only offers delivery or pickup and doesn't have customer parking, so it can be a bit frustrating to wait in line if someone ahead of you is early. The delivery fee is now $3.99 on top of any tip you give the driver, and there is a minimum order of $14.98 for delivery, which is not disclosed until after you place your order. The delivery service only operates after 7:00, which may be late for some customers. Additionally, the website doesn't allow online payment before 7:00, so you may have to wait until then to submit your order. Overall, while we were hungry and didn't want to go through the process again last night, the experience was not ideal and we may not choose to order delivery from this location again.

The crust of my pizza was extremely thin, causing it to be as hard as a rock right after purchasing. Despite not being burnt, it was difficult to eat. I was definitely disappointed.

Delicious, and hot. Ready at the pick up window. I was so happy to see my favorite waitress from s willow st working at the new one!
