If you choose to order for pickup, be prepared to wait—my food has taken as long as 45 minutes, usually around an hour. Even when I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon at around 4 PM, when they weren't busy, it still took that long. The service is... okay. It's not terrible, but the wait times and quality consistency are concerning. I still order from here occasionally, but it's more of a rare treat. The food is good, but they really need more staff, improved service, a complete interior renovation, and faster food preparation times. Ideally, they should aim for an average of 15-25 minutes, but I've seen it take 40-45 minutes during peak times on Fridays and Saturdays. Waiting 45 minutes for one dish as a single diner feels excessive. I've personally experienced waits of over an hour when I've been their only dine-in customer. While I haven't faced the 90-minute to 2-hour wait times mentioned in other reviews, I can see how that might happen for larger takeout orders. I do recommend trying them— the food is definitely tasty—but there are other options nearby. If you have a car, restaurants like Utsav, Godavari, Dhaba Whala, and Kumar's are all within a 15-minute drive, and their takeaway orders generally take no longer than 30-35 minutes, even on busy nights.
Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. We waited 45 minutes after placing our order, only to receive a single serving of goat biryani that was completely undercooked. Although we received a 20% discount, we still ended up paying $25 for it. If you're unable to manage orders effectively, you shouldn't be taking them. This was a complete waste of time.
During that time, I witnessed several other customers coming in, expressing frustration about delays but ultimately receiving their orders while I continued to wait. My food was finally ready nearly 1.5 hours after my original pickup time. When factoring in my drive, we ended up having a very late dinner! The server was apologetic, but there were no efforts to compensate for the time lost. As for the food, the Charminar Dum Ka Moorg was excellent—rich, creamy, and flavorful. The Paradise Chicken Fry and Goat Biryani were good as well, but both were excessively salty. The Chicken Biryani had okay rice, but the chicken pieces were odd, featuring a mix of regular pieces and some that were battered and fried, which definitely weren’t part of the original biryani. This dish was also quite salty. The portion sizes and meat content were satisfactory. Unfortunately, the Gobi Manchurian was so sour that it was inedible; we ended up throwing it away. In summary: 1. Don't rely on online ordering; it's better to call ahead. Menufy, their current online order partner, has useless customer service. 2. Be prepared for delays when ordering ahead or dining in. 3. The restaurant was practically empty, so don't expect a pleasant dining experience. 4. Be cautious about the salt content in the dishes.
Ordered for the first time today, best Indian food I’ve ever had! Packed with flavor and spice! Customer service was amazing as well. Definitely recommend!
If you like to kill time and hunger I believe this restaurant is for you. Pathetic service for DINE IN and believe me pathetic is me being generous. The owner only cares about online orders. Looks like they have taken over this restaurant from someone else and showed them how to fail miserably. We were neither given water. We volunteered to get our can of soda from the fridge beside the billing counter. (We had an infant and a diabetic with us) I think they need to take a class on managing a restaurant for a few years and maybe after 5 years down the line think about starting this restaurant. We were only served after we asked for our order that took an hour. Apart from bad management, they have dementia too.The food was cold from inside. I don't know why did they took so long just to serve re-heated food. Still no water. We left after appetizers were served. Paid for what we had. Spoke with the restaurant owner. He was not even apologetic.I wouldn't wish this on my enemyYou are better off going to the Asian grill beside it.
