Papa Johns Pizza - Manchester

Papa John's has had the best pizza for over 20 Years. The pizza comes with pepperocini pepper on the side along with garlic butter sauce. The crust has a very good taste. Wish there was one closer to where I live.

The Manager Sam is top tier every time I go there she is so jovial, attentive and her customer service and care goes above and beyond. its definitely a breath of fresh air to be able to not dread a customer service interaction in this day and age... would have given ten stars if provided with the option.

Lately they seem to be backed up a lot. Customers were angry when I was there and the cashier smugly told him to have a nice day when he expressed his frustration with his 40 minute wait upon arrival. It was unprofessional of her to do that. People willunderstand being busy much better with a pleasant explanation and professional demeanor. I was disappointed to witness this.

Personally it's my favorite pizza chain. They've managed to keep prices somewhat reasonable with their specials, specifically the $6.99 choose 2 or more. Always get good made quickly and I'm in and out. Chicken and bacon with ranch dip is the go to????????????????????????
