Excellent encounter as usual from Dunks. I do not go here often, but I am rarely disappointed with any of the employees service. ????. Always there when an emergency muffin is needed ;0)
If i could do half a star, i would. Did an online order, and it took over 40 minutes to get an espresso drink finished. The store wasn?t slammed, but consistent with traffic, but no sense of direction. Staff was more focused on filling the creams/milksthan finishing orders. Lack of leadership, stations were dirty and covered in crumbs/splatters. I?m just done with this locationafter their update. Ever since then, their is no motivation and no-one cares.
So i never really like to leave these sorts of reviews but this time i have to. corporate needs to grab these employees in the balls and train them properly. 20 minutes i sat in line just to say i was picking up a mobile order. 10 more minutes stuckwaiting to get someone to say anything. they forgot the name twice and then asked me what food i got?! weird. when i was firsthanded my drink i had no straw and no one checked on me or anything, and then come to find out as soon as i get to work; NOSTRAW?! as a former dunkin? employee they should be set to a higher standard. no apologies or anything just handed me my food.smh.
Horrible service. The employees don?t represent the brand. Stretch of days and weeks where we would order an iced latte with skim milk and caramel swirl and they would forget the milk or the caramel swirl. The lobby would have a bunch of customerswaiting but only one employee dedicated to them. I get drive-thru is key and the online/ door dash orders but they don?t havecohesion. No communication. Just wish management would hire better, competent employees to fulfill service and put more emphasison pride. I rather go to the Dunks on elm street in the mobile gas station than here and they are smaller but everyone cares andcommunicates and is aware of customers waiting.
