Whatever America ran on before DD we need to go back all customer service seems bothered and a coffee and 6 donuts over $10. Your not Starbucks and this is not Manhattan.
Fantastic place. Run by people in need of a second chance. Go and support this great place.
Awful service. I asked for them to please put cream cheese on my bagel. A worker handed me a bag didn’t say a word and left. Bagel didn’t have cream cheese on it or a knife to spread it with. I beeped my horn and when the worker returned I explained the situation. He left, came back and said there was a knife in the bag now. I asked as to why they didn’t spread the cream cheese and he said the district manger was working the sandwich bar and “didn’t care to provide that service today.” I said that’s fine, but maybe just say that upfront when ordering. And why make the worker be the messenger for the district manager?
