Chili's Grill - Manchester

Sara is the most attentive, nicest, sweetest server. Food was good as well. Maggie's a great hostess.

Haven't been to a Chili's in years. Unfortunately my hometown doesn't have one so I was excited to have one near our hotel and to bring my kids for the first time. We were seated quickly considering it was a Saturday night at 8pm. Server was friendly. She shared that several items are coming off the menu which helped me make my selection. Following our food being served by a runner, we never saw our server again until it was clear we were done eating and ready for our bill. She never checked on us. We declined desert and she turned the table's tablet toward me and legit walked away. Never offered assistance, to-go boxes for our remaining food...just nothing. Dinner Items: Chicken tenders and corn Shrimp tacos Mushroom burger Drinks: Sodas Appetizer: Nachos *Okay this one threw me. I thought we would get a pile of loaded nachos but instead we received a few nachos with baked cheese. They were good but definitely not what was expected or maybe I'm just used to something different.

For the past few months myself and a group of friends would come to this Chili’s Friday evenings. At first everything was great; food, service and price were all that we loved for a weekly night out. But as time went by, the kitchen faltered. For a large franchise it was hard to believe how much the quality of food could change. The wait staff did their best to help and find solutions to the new issues that consistently arose, but when many menu items are not available there was little to be done. These past few weeks the group has started eating at other restaurants, though we returned here for the convenience of the location this past Friday. And it’s because of this visit that we will not be returning. The food, what was available, came out wrong, we got our entrees first then salads and soups, the drinks came halfway through the meal and were horrible. Worse of all the meal got everyone sick for the day after. Not sure if the chips were old and heavy with oil or what but this was the only denominator for everyone in the group. Genuinely the wait staff have been great to us and I am sorry to be going there anymore.

Today will be the last time I spend my money at this restaurant. I have enjoyed the servers and they tried their best but the kitchen needs some changes. First off, the food is coming out cold, getting my entree before the apps/drinks, food undercooked, missing dressing for the Caesar salad, and these issues have been brought to the attention of the servers and they do their best to fix it. The reason I choose to go to a restaurant is for a hot, fresh meal. The meals have become subpar from at least to be passable. Please I ask when you see this review, to make changes to the management and the kitchen staff. My friends and I have given this place many chances and it hurts to see advice and feedback not taken to heart. Chili's, this location has lost my trust and loyalty. Head shaken SMH

Cold, blah food, not worth the drive. Curbside isn 't really curbside. You 'll sit in your car forever if you are like normal people that know that curbside means sitting in your car, sending a prompt that you 've arrived, and waiting for staff from the establishment to deliver your order TO THE CAR. No, not this place. If it wants for noticing that a few people were getting out of their cars to go inside after waiting too long, we wouldn 't have known that the food is just placed in a danky hallway on shelves and left out to get cold and stale. Had we known our food was ready we wouldn 't have waited in the car so long and had the restaurant just said curbside not available, only take-out , we would have still ordered but made sure to get dressed enough for exiting the car. Horrible service and equally as bad food!
