Let 's make this easy. 1. When arriving and asking where to park, lady told us Don 't park in the back, it 's not safe, we had someone 's toils stolen from their car, I 'm just being honest . What a welcome. 2. Waking up every morning with bug bites all over our legs, likely bed or carpet bugs 3. Bathroom smells like body odor 4. Toilet seat is broken and painted over 5. Can 't use the pool because a lady let her dog swim in it, staff can 't obviously fix the water. 6. Pillows causing neck pain 7. Doors don 't slowly close, including ours, they slam HARD, this means it wakes us up every night from a out 3am and on (due to other people leaving for flights) 8. No AC in the halls or elevator 9. For a place that allows dogs, you think they 'd have dog bag stations. Nope. Bring your own. 10. Lobby furniture was wet due to water leaks and mold dripping from above. 11. Toilet doesn 't flush properly. I absolutely disgusting when it matters.

Room had a damaged wall/shower rod. Then got woken up at 10pm by a pressure washer next to my room cleaning the restaurant hood.

This place deserves a 0/5 stars. Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT STAY HERE. Besides the fact that there was NO hot water, they charge $18 a person for breakfast. There was construction going on, no bar in the lobby, and the rooms had dated furniture. It is NOT worth the Money!!

If I could give negative stars I would. We had the most miserable, worst experience on our trip. We had absolutely no hot water the entire time we stayed and the hotel staff KNEW it was an issue but continued to rent out overpriced rooms. When we first got to our room it was uncleaned, dog food on the floor, food in the fridge, bugs everywhere. It was so gross. But wait....here's the worst part....the hotel scheduled for maintenance in our rooms during our stay. They put a sign on the door saying maintenance would take 3-4 minutes in our room. Which was SO untrue. Maintenance spent 4 HOURS in our room trying to redo the WIFI. I was literally trying to get ready for a wedding with a random stranger in and out of our room for 4 hours. Literally ridiculous. Don't rent out rooms when you have maintenance scheduled to come in and DON'T rent out rooms when you know the hotel has zero hot water. Such a terrible stay we had here.

Rooms are a bit dated. Service was great. Everything clean and functional. Lobby appears to be under renovation so hopefully they do the rooms as well.
