We have been to Sahar a number of times. The breakfast options are delicious great dosas and puris. Also, the vegetable biryani is super. We have tried the aloo palak and aloo gobi too, both of which were sensational. The atmosphere is friendly and not too formal. The staff are nice and happy to help. Sahar is the best vegetarian Indian restaurant in Um al Hassam!

This is a wonderful restaurant! The food proportions were very large while prices were low. The servers were very friendly and helped us get a delicious meal. They went the extra mile to make our experience a good one. Everything they put in front of us was exceptionally delicious. They were so inviting. From the outside it doesn't look like a chic restaurant, but as soon as you're inside, you want to stay. I definitely go back.
