Madeleine - Manama

The place is really beautiful. we had breakfast with a girl company. I ordered berries pancakes and it was so delicious. I haven't tried that yet. visit the breakfast and the afternoon tea.

Delicious food. Modified French menu. The flavor of the food is full and natural, nothing tasteless and strong. Very nice atmosphere and the bakery kicks arse. Prices so and so.

Amazing place with very consistent quality which is always an issue with restaurants in Bahrain. I enjoyed everything from here without exception. My last meal was Stuffed Mushrooms in white cheesy sauce baked in the oven. For the mains had the prawns risotto which was very yummy also. Service is excellent, short waiting time and the prices are reasonable. Vegetarian friendly and generous portions. A very well rounded place with nearly nothing to complain about. I would give this restaurant 5 starts for the food and deduct one star for the parking difficulty in the whole area and the seating was not very comfortable as I am on the plus size.

First time here at the Manama branch. The seating area upstairs was quite tight and the tables were very close together, it wasn’t easy to move around if you had to get up. It was very crowded on a weekend morning which is to be expected. The food overall was very k but not extraordinary in anyway. There was too much truffle oil in the truffle and mushroom omelette, so you you only tasted the truffle oil.

The waiter who served my table was spectacular and the pastry was great- especially their Danish tart. But that's about it. The omelette's texture was just weird- I like fluffy omelettes but this was just waaaay too light it felt weird in the mouth. There was no dressing on the salad. It's a shame really because it only looks great on photo but the experience did not exceed my expectations.
