The food is delicious and the place is nice but the staff are very rude and unfriendly for all the branches and they are very frugal , hospitality is zero underrated , they should go for communication skills before opening a coffee shop.

It's a really great work/study spot. The interior is industrial but cozy. The coffee and service is good depending on your luck- sometimes it's great but sometimes its not up to the standard. I usually get a hot/iced cappucino. Their cheeseburger is excellent. The only issue is the restroom is outside and a part of the mall and it's very poorly maintained.

The coffee is good, the internal decoration is not bad, and chairs are not comfortable to stay long, there is a kids playground, you can enjoy your coffee while your kids play
