Starbucks - Manalapan

The restaurant is relatively new and still needs to hire more staff to reduce wait times for customers. The service for take out orders is rated a 3 out of 5, with an average cost of $1-10 per person. The food quality is rated a 4 out of 5, while the atmosphere received a rating of 4 out of 5.

I typically use the drive-thru, but today I decided to go inside after waiting in line for 10 minutes. I ordered a Latte and Kale and Mushroom Eggbites. However, when I received my food after a 30-minute wait, I discovered that I was given bacon instead of the vegetarian option I had requested. Additionally, my Latte tasted sour. When I brought up these issues to the manager, Jessica, she initially helped me but then turned her attention to criticizing and demeaning an employee in front of me. This behavior shocked me, and I left without receiving a refund or replacement, just wanting to leave the situation. The delay caused me to be late for work. I attempted to reach another manager by phone later in the evening, but after an hour of trying, the phone was continuously busy. This experience has made me appreciate the excellent customer service at Dunkin Donuts.

Saturday morning 10/27/2023... The morons working here and their manager spent all their time working the drive thru and totally ignored the 10+ customers standing in line inside the stote... not one of these clowns bothered working the POS/register and I personally felt they were doing their best not to make eye contact with us and purposely ignore us. They all should be fired. Service: Dine in
