I can't understand why some reviews claim it's overpriced with small portions—this is completely false. We spent just $100 and tried nearly the entire menu (4 appetizers, 2 bottles of Pellegrino, 2 kebabs, 2 main courses, dessert, and tea). The house-style potatoes, chebureki, and khachapuri were my favorites, and my husband loved all the kebabs. The only slight downside is that they serve Pepsi instead of Coke, but that's just a personal preference. Don't forget to save room for dessert! I can't wait to go back next week.
What a delightful surprise we experienced! Shirin is a beautiful restaurant that transports you for a brief moment into a world of culture. From the intricately decorated walls adorned with soft lighting and carpets to the lovely Russian concert playing in the background, every detail adds to the ambiance. The food is outstanding; we started with warm, aromatic bread that was simply delightful, followed by noodles topped with sour cream. I ordered the stuffed grape leaves, which were incredibly flavorful and delicious. My date had the stuffed lamp chops, and they did not disappoint—so tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The dining area is cozy, which contributes to a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. It's recommended to make a reservation, but if you arrive early like we did, they will be happy to accommodate you.
I visited Shirin Cafe a week ago and absolutely loved the hospitality and the food. There was something about the flavors that felt like home! I enjoyed everything we ordered; it was so unique yet wonderfully familiar. I can't wait to return and try more dishes!
The best lamb dogs I ever had. When I realized that after Shirin, I actually like lambskin. I'm disappointed I can't have them every night. I won't worry about finding better because they were perfect. Great teas and the selection of a handful of dishes from all over Central Asia and the Caucuses. Disorders are somewhat more expensive than I would expect for the portion size that tends to be reasonable, not excessive. Cultural/exotic atmosphere great for dates and families.
Got here on Dec 31st but they were closed, even though that maps were saying it is opened. Not the Best experience to start with, but things happen. Please post holiday schedule updates on maps!!! Will return one day to try the food and update the review
