Mcdonald's - Manakin Sabot

When the icecream machine works at 10pm and the staff are better than Chick fil a, I doubt this McDonalds is even real...

Wife and I went to.The McDonald's on the boulevard, one of the Managers. Was rude to co-workers. Talking loud. Customer Customer could hear Her.

Very well run McD; the manager and staffs are very welcoming and treated guests as their restaurant customers which is not typical in other McD.

I get breakfast from this location pretty often , they have been doing this thing for a couple weeks where they don't take your order at the drive thru screen, they tell you to pull up to the second window, this makes things take waaaaaay longer than it's supposed to,they do this whether there is a bunch of people in line or none, this makes things take much longer as they have to place your order , make your order , and give food to customer, this is unacceptable and makes no sense as to why they do it , yall need to do better

The worst customer service. Rudest people working. An average of 3 star rating is mind blowing. Should be 0. I was waiting to ask for a sauce for my meal and the worker walked up and says what do you need. I asked for a sauce and she turns around and as she goes to grab it she’s shaking her head like I was bothering her. I said you don’t need to shake your head and then she proceeds to tell me Your only supposed to get one sauce and throws it in the bag. She was mad and aggressive for no reason when she is doing her job. I told her I’ll pay for the sauce, I don’t care. How hard is it to politely ask me to pay for the sauce, instead of you shaking your head and giving the customer an attitude? Garbage place.
