The Eatery At Mammoth Brewing Company

We stopped for a late lunch and there were only a few tables occupied. The QR code ordering system was not explained when we were seated so we waited for service until we decided to order via the QR. There are limited menu options offered and no one to answer menu questions. Gratuities are asked for before any service is rendered. A second order is required for beverages. The food was slow to arrive and not served all at once. No service of refilling tea or soda. The food was okay but the service was only seating us, delivering the food and clearing the table. It was more of a fast food experience with the façade of a sit down restaurant.

If you are French and want to have a drink in this bar, wait 2h30 or better: move on… the waiters and waitresses pointedly ignored us… and took orders from other customers while we were opposite the bar! This is the first time we've been welcomed like this in the USA... help ?

Horrible experience, waited for a table for 30 min the waitress told me 20 min. Then walked up and asked about a table that was not being used, we sat down she told us she would bring us menus. After waiting on menus for 30 min we decided to leave. Decided to go to a burger spot down the street much better service.

While the beer was very good, the food was delicious albeit not your 5 star fish and chips per the portion of fish for $26. Service was a little slow but they were busy, I would have appreciated a, be with you in a minute and a menu but that took about 10min while sitting at the bar patiently. I 'll be back, bartenders were nice enough and that place is huge with the outside area included so I understand.

We spent a great evening at this place. It has vegan options and a lot of things can be turned vegan. The online menu allows to choose for different diets. Very nice and pleasant. Would come back anytime.
