They have a complete vegetarian menu in addition to their meat-based menu. many of the elements on the vegetarian menu can be made vegan. the owner and their employees are very aware, fully vegan versus vegetarian versus pescatarian and have options for everyone. the personalized service and the hire is like going home for a home cooked meal they were missing.

The menu is quite small in general, but the Vegetarian/Vegan options are amazing! I had the Vegetarian combo (which is actually Vegan), comprised of plantains, yucca, rice, and beans. The food was simple, packed with flavor, and absolutely delicious! They also had a fantastic vegan flan for dessert. Updated from previous review on 2021-08-15

I was pleased to discover this restaurant. Their vegetarian plate is also vegan. It is quite oily, but overall, it is delicious.

This restaurant was absolutely amazing. I would give it five stars if I could. Everything from the decor to the service to the quality of the food was top-notch. They offer a vegetarian-only menu and are also accommodating to vegans. I tried the sweet plate with a side of garlic bread, which may sound simple but was truly out of this world. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. They even have a vegan dessert option, although I was too full to try it. Hands down, the best meal we had in Mammoth Lakes.

I was surprised to discover a Cuban/Puerto Rican restaurant in Mammoth, but I'm glad I did! The food was delicious with distinct and traditional flavors. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I ordered the vegetarian plate and it was so satisfying that I couldn't finish it. I highly recommend trying the Puerto Rican red beans if they are available, as they are full of flavor! However, if you are avoiding oil, this may not be the best option as they use it generously. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but trust Google's directions. Parking is available in the equestrian parking area.
