You can 't go wrong with Luna! The service is great and the food is impeccable. My favorite are the tacos (can 't go wrong with the al pastor or the carne asada or the chipotle chicken dish. This usually comes with a side of rice, beans and tortillas, but on the secret menu , you can sub it out for pasta noodles and breadstick! Droooolll..... The sauce is creamy with a kick of chiptole and the chicken- OMG it is so tender, it literally falls off the bone. There 's also a special 'Taco Tuesdays ' menu- who doesn 't love deals?!This is a family owned and operated restaurant (go support local! which I love. They are the sweetest family!Due to Covid, they made a walk-up window so it 's easy for your to order and wait! Don 't forget to get a shot of tequila while you wait! You can also order drinks to go.
We love this place! Delicious home cooked food. Our go to place for Mexican in our neighborhood. You won't be disappointed.
My favorite place for tacos! I recommend the Cielo y Tierra. Super deal on taco Tuesday, but even other days it's worth it: you get 2 of the bigger homemade tortillas and rice and delicious beans. Great guacamole, perfect chips, and lovely drink options as well. Try the strawberry horchata And friendly servers to top it all off! Window service during COVID has been quick and convenient.
Luna Azul was a great choice for take-out on a Monday evening after work.Ordering from the walk-up window was fast and easy. Two entrées, an appetizer, and two side orders were all ready in about 12 minutes.Ceviche was peachy, and the chicken with red mole really hit the spot. The chile relleno, meh, it was a bit ho-hum, but still got eaten without complaint. The guacamole was a bit spicier than I had expected. The beans and rice that came with the red mole and relleno were flavorful. The ceviche with shrimp was especially appetizing, and it went well with the pico de gallo, corn chips, and tortillas. I would definitely go back to Luna Azul again and stick with the ceviche.
