Shark Bite Ceviches - Maltkiln Lane

The most delicious ceviche I've ever had! Super fresh and super finely diced, I couldn't get enough. The owner was also incredibly nice and offered samples. We got half halibut and half octopus and it was incredible.

Picture this: it's 85 degrees and you're swinging in a hammock between two palm trees. Birds chirping above the subtle crash of waves in the distance. You just cracked open an ice cold Corona to accompany the delectable plate of fresh ceviche you grabbed from the local spot. You dig in with the first perfectly crisp tortilla chip and are immediately awakened by the subtle yet vibrant flavors singing in perfect harmony: sweet chilled fresh fish, bright lime, juicy tomato, herbaceous cilantro, and a hit of red onion dancing on your palate. You close your eyes and let the flavors of the ocean wash over your tongue, like memories of a perfect summer vacation rushing through your brain... Your heart appears to speed up and slow down at the same time. Dang...life is good. Life is worth living. Maybe it's really that simple: just find yourself a beach, some fresh ceviche, and a cold beer and let your troubles fade away. Needless to say, the ceviche was exceptional.

Incredible ceviche! My wife had a ceviche craving on her birthday and this felt like the obvious choice. We had the shrimp and halibut. Super clean operation. Tasty chips. Nice quantity of ceviche fresh and limey. Plenty of hot sauces to choose from. Will be back!

The best Ceviche in town. I get 1/2 shrimp and 1/2 halibut with no chips. Fresh and great price
