Place Pigalle - Maltkiln Lane

Came here for a vacation with my grandma and decided to try this place, first we started with escargot, it was to die for! Next we both had scallops, which were some of the best ever. Service was great, so was the location and the view! Definitely will come back here and recommend this to everyone.

Reserve a table by the window for optimal experience! Excellent mussels, scallops,French onion soup and other local favorites. Lamb shank had at previous visit was exemplary. Amazing vibe (dark cozy) as you're tucked away in the Pike Place Market. Many would miss this spot due to it's hard-to-find entrance. Locals can become loud at the bar when served their usual amounts, but that's only happened twice out of the handful of times visited, haha.

We love coming here for lunch, especially on a gloomy day, watching the ferries come in from the window seating while having a leisurely meal Parking: It's challenging to park nearby... you can definitely get lucky and find free parking but it's a bit difficult. There's a pay garage behind Pike Place that is the easiest solution.

Calamari Dijonnaise $21.00 the Calamari was cooked to perfection and the mushroom, spinach sauce was tasty and well balanced.2. Baquette and butter $5.00 the bread was slight crunch to the crust and the inside was soft. This is a must if you are having the Calamari Dijonnaise so you can soak up the sauce!3. Soup Special Saffron Clam Chowder $12.00 my husband did not like this, he is big fan of classic white clam chowder. If you enjoy Saffron then you will enjoy this.4. Sea Bass Entree $45.00 the Sea Bass was a bit over cooked. I like my Sea Bass to very moist and the ends were a bit dry. I expected better for $45.00 ?Try to get a table by a window as there are great views to be seen from here.
