We had pepperoni, which is my go-to since I am purist when it comes to pizza (BBQ? Pineapple? Nopeeeee). The pizza is ahhhhh-mazing. The crust is slightly crunchy on the outside, but softer in the middle. High quality ingredients. The place itself is not too sightly, but who CARES when you leave so satisfied. We met the owner, and we got the full story of MOTO's beginnings. Stellar!
Ordered a month in advance, 3 medium size pizzas for $80 later...and here I am trying Moto pizza at last. The fillings are delicious and complex, there's a lot of odd and unique pizza flavors to choose from. However, I do believe it is a little overhyped and does not warrant a monthlong wait time, and for the price for size, it's a little too expensive. This is by all means a GOOD pizza and worth a try, but with all the hassle I'm not sure it's worth all that.
Simply the best pizza I have ever had. More than worth the wait, small cozy spot tucked away in West Seattle, highly recommend to anyone in the area or those debating on trying when visiting, you will not be disappointed!!
I finally put in an order, marked my calendar and got some pizza...and now I finally get the hype. This is ODD PIZZA for sure don't come in with expectations of what pizza should be, and lean into their delicious and inventive flavor creations. My order included the crab, beef adobo and kiss'd. The crab was bright and balanced, my favorite slice. The beef adobo was an umami bomb, and I would definitely get this again. While the kiss'd was delicious it was overshadowed by the complexity and outstanding other pizzas ordered. Forgive me for calling this basic, but there are too many other options that I have only seen at Moto. I have seen some reviews complaining this is too small for being so expensive. The price seems exactly right to me considering the quality, and I certainly couldn't finish one of these myself. The menu has so many other imaginative creations I immediately made another order for a future pickup, and cant wait to try the mr pig and clam chowdah!
Having a pizza from Moto has always been a treat and well worth the wait . Expect friendly smiles and family like energy when you arrive at any location .. my only complaint is never ordering enough pizza .. lol but always thankful for what I did order ..definitely swing by and give them a try ?
