Local Bigger Burger- Green Lake

Food is tasty. Orders are always wrong. They will just make a random burger it doesn’t really matter what you order. I had a long argument once with an employee about fries (what I ordered) and tater tots (something I’ve eaten maybe once in my entire life and do not like) after a verbal phone order. Ingredients will be left off and you will be charged for them. They owe me like $20 worth of avocado toppings at this point. The incorrect orders happen in store, on the phone, and with delivery services. It’s really unfortunate.

The food was awful. The burgers was somehow gritty and the “tater tots” were country style potatoes, the same style you’d find in a skillet. Weird and not good. Fries were undercooked, staff said a random hate slur right when I got there. This place sucks.

Super cute little place! I dropped in to get something warm to eat, and it was surprisingly quiet for such a good restaurant. the servers were very friendly, I think their names were Rocks and Luis

Food was okay, nothing explosive. Very expensive, even for the Seattle area. Their alcohol options were nice and the milkshakes were pretty good. All the staff talked like they didn't want to be there, I don't expect them to roll the red carpet out for every customer but try to sound somewhat interested in what you're doing. The tables were sticky and the heat must not work inside because I could see my breath while waiting the 40 minutes it took for the food. Better options in the area, they also don't have the best food safety rating which is somewhat evident in the cleanliness of the inside.

I’ll start with this, the food is great, just about the best impossible burger I’ve had. However, I suggest going and eating in the restaurant. It’s expensive and every time I’ve ordered for delivery or takeout one of the burgers has been completely wrong, or outright missing and someone hasn’t been able to eat (we keep trying occasionally because the food is really good). We tried again tonight, for a birthday request. when we placed our order at 4:15pm, we were informed delivery would be at 5:15pm, no problem, worth the wait. There was no communication until 5:20pm. At 5:20pm we were notified that LBB had canceled our order, explanation given was ‘one of your items is unavailable’. Nothing about what was unavailable or request to substitute something. No communication until after we should have been eating. Now we start the process again over an hour later, somewhere else. If it wasn’t for the same experience from takeout and delivery, I’d blame the delivery service, but based on what I’ve seen, we won’t be doing takeout or delivery from here again.
