Still one of the top options in town for diner classics scrambles, pancakes, French toast, and especially benedicts. The hash browns are a highlight as well. It's definitely a little pricier than it used to be, but you definitely won't leave hungry
I tried this place twice and although the food isn’t bad, it’s kind of bland. Both times I visited I left disappointed because I was hoping for really flavorful dishes. The servers and ambiance are nice but the food is a miss for me.
During our trip back from Vancouver to Seattle, we decided to stop by Glo's new spot in Capitol Hill for brunch. We got there around 11 am and had to wait a whole hour for a table for two. Despite the long wait, we were excited to try out the food. The service started off a bit slow, but the servers were all really friendly and welcoming. We ordered the Glo's original scramble, which was delicious! It had a great flavor and wasn't too greasy. We opted for fresh fruit instead of hash browns, and the portions were huge! We ordered a biscuit on tbhe side which was delicious. The food here is definitely enough to share between two people. We also tried the French toast, which had been hyped up in the reviews, but it didn't quite live up to the expectations. It was good, but nothing extraordinary. We prefer our French toast to be crispy, and the flavors didn't really pop. Overall, we had a decent brunch experience at Glo's. It was worth trying out, but we probably wouldn't go out of our way to come
Love the foods and vibes here! Benedict eggs are so amazing
