Restaurant was dirty and if you go inside your gonna wait 20-30 minutes to get your food because they only care about the drive thru if your thinking about eating here I would find somewhere else Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So this was probably the single worst drive through experience I have ever had. Wife and I went through the drive through so I could get something to eat. My wife grabbed some fries to munch on for the drive. When we got our order the fries were cold. Like room temperature, hard and crunchy. We were still at the window so we showed the fries to the cashier and asked if we could get warm fries. She just looked at us and said we could have something else, like Mac and cheese. We did a couple of iterations of this before giving up and driving away. It was a truly strange experience. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go in and try to talk with a manager. For now we will simply avoid this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt I 'm always slapped in the face with how awful it is there.. me and my son stopped on our way home and went inside HOPING it would be faster. So we order and get our drink. We sit to wait, 15 minutes already goes by, my son ordered the 6 piece wings which apparently are made to order but noone told me how long that would take so once the cook finally seen my ticket and how half of our food from the tacobell side was done and handed me half our items then came to tell us it was going to be another 15 minutes from that point. So I 'm mad but still waiting, we eventually get our bag and rush to the car since we 've now been waiting for 40 minutes and start driving away to find out they forgot the fries to my sons meal. So we park and go back in so now going on 50 minutes and a 20 minute car ride home and my taco bell was soaked from the moisture and absolutely disgusting. I will never go back there. They should close the doors for good because that service Is appalling.. the owner should be ashamed and embarrassed! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE!

I'm giving 3 stars for service because John did make it right. I went through drive through got an 8 piece bucket with biscuits and 2 sides, mash potatoes and gravy naturally and fries also a 3 piece combo meal and my total was 40.. okay inflation it is what it is I didn't feel like cooking and my husband's been working in sun all day and he LOVES fried chicken. Moving on. I get my order seems to be there (should have checked) get home missing LG fries, chicken is SO mushy it doesn't even look like fried chicken, the biscuits for the bucket deal were hard as rocks and when I went to squish it IT CRUMBLED all 4were like that but my one in the the combo was soft and squishy. I called and told him (John) about it and he was trying to talk me out of coming in because it was busy and I'd have to wait and theres no way my food was like that everything is made fresh when it goes out, fast foward... there's really nothing they could do about it. I went anyways showed my receipt told them all my problems, showed them what i was talking about and he DID make it right. He remade all my order. My husband was thrilled when he got home and seen what dinner was. ANYWAYS even though the guy did make it right this place is chaotic, disorganized and weird. The girl at the register takes a persons order then walks away, comes back, waves, takes another persons order, and well you get it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Parking: The parking is a nightmare and trying to get out is even harder than parking. The parking merges into the drive-thru line.
