I thought the dishes were a great blend of traditional and modern. Also, Krug by the glass is a nice touch, but don’t hesitate getting the juice pairing. I find some fine dining places make juices that can be quite heavy and acidic after awhile, but I found the juices here to be light and refreshing. I will definitely find my way back here someday. Amazing. Great food. Great service. Straight thru a perfect dinner. The food is, of course, world class combined with the pairing. The service was amazing, attentive, and just the right amount of presence at the right time. Excellent atmosphere. Just loved it . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Vollmers, which has a great origin story (ask about their hanger logo) genuinely deserves its worth-a-detour 2-Stars. Food, service, ambience are exceptional. Extensive wine list has many great finds for under $100. The co-owner sommelier really knows her stuff. Pricey but easily worth it.
