The Horse Groom Inn - Malmesbury

I had lunch on Saturday and tried the pork pie. It featured a light, crispy pastry and was filled with plenty of tender meat. It was the best pie I've had in a while! Thank you, and I would highly recommend it. Service: 5/5 Location: 5/5

While the vegan options were somewhat limited, everything was beautifully presented and very flavorful. The main course could have benefited from some additional pulses, as it was fairly simple, but it was still a delightful dish. Overall, it’s a visit worth making. I had a wonderful Sunday roast at The Horse Groom. Although it was closed for a long time during the lockdown, the new ownership has significantly improved the place. The service is friendly and inviting, and the atmosphere is delightful—it's a great pub for any season.

My wife and I had a delightful stay on our way back from Cornwall. The room was impeccably organized and filled with thoughtful touches that demonstrated a genuine consideration for guest comfort. Dining in the restaurant was an exceptional experience, with high-quality food served by efficient and friendly staff. Breakfast was also excellent and very well presented. I would highly recommend The Horse and Groom, and a big thank you to Dave and his team for their wonderful hospitality.
