Jausenstation Stockerhütte - Mallnitz

What can I say about this place that hasn’t been said before ? I have never been to a more authentic, rustic eating experience ever , love the place , and the pork ribs are like nothing you’ve ever had before , simple basic,rustic food ,and all the better for it , I don’t want to review it in case more people go there and make it too busy , but just can’t help saying how fantastic it is , can’t wait to go back

Very rustic old hut at the end of a road through the woods. Roaring wood fire in the corner. All ordered the rack of ribs severed with sauerkraut local bread. Simple but awesome flavours, literally nothing left when we had all finished. Very popular quite small inside so suggest you book first!!

Very rustic and cozy location. tasty, local-typical spears - highlight are ripperl (preorder.) cozy spices. The one-hour return to Mallnitz is available for digestion.

De maaltijden zijn goed (voor een berghut) het is erg gezellig en de service is uitstekend. de omgeving is great.

We were invited by friends from mallnitz to the hut!the preordered spare rips - eating with herb was excellent!the service by the hutkeeper hans glanschnig was urig,friendly and the location full and quite appropriate! it was simply a successful evening, velvety homemade imperial snoring for all and the donated cirben - schnaps again!
