Bui Sushi - Malibu

This is a fantastic place! Being a Bui made our anniversary even more special. Our waitress, June, was wonderful.

The sushi portions were quite large, but the service forgot to place our order.

Food was good. Atmosphere ok. Boss boys nice. Waiter was supposed to bring us a birthday dessert but he didn’t.

The yellowtail roll was extremely small! The spicy tuna cut roll was only mediocre.

Our family of five went for sushi at peak dinner time on a weekend night. We were immediately seated even though the restaurant was very full/busy. Extremely friendly waiter took our order and within minutes we were served our appetizers. Before we were through with those the main meals started to arrive. I have no idea how they made 9 rolls that quickly. The food was not only quick, but delicious too! I can’t say enough about how attentive and genuinely kind the waiter was. Highly recommended!
