L'abadia - Malgrat de Mar

We went to this place to try the restaurant because we read a lot of good opinions about this restaurant. When we checked the menu we realised that there were only some sandwiches, hamburger and hot-dog with fried potates. I think it is so far away from the traditional spanish cuisine. It might be suitable for the local young guys, but for the tourists, who want to get as much experiences as they can, it is just quite few.

This restaurant is the best one (yet we found in Malgrat de Mar. It's extremely delicious, very kind personell, and there's free Wi-Fi (you have to ask for the password, they won't bother which is a lot faster than the free ones in the hotels, and it's not restricted in any way. It's not directly in front of a beach, it's in the less touristic area of malgrat de Mar (it's quiet there , but still not far away from everything else, less than 400m from the Sorra Daurada Hotel. You pay 3,90€ for a Hamburger with cheese (200 grams of beef I think which is completely acceptable, other burgers cost up to 5,50€. The variety of foods is big, they have Piedinas I think they're called, that's like a sandwich, but instead of bread they use some kind of damper, it's extremely tasteful. They even have a bar (which I didnt tried, try on yourself! . So all in all, I can and will recommend this restaurant for everyone, it's very nice there, especially good for people who booked half board.
