Who is order taker guy?? He should know how to talk with customers very rude worst restaurant ever seen in male.

Ordered a devilled prawn kohthu. no devil nor prawn in sight.

I asked to times to bring the water yet they couldn’t bring.. it’s been mins now still waiting for the water…

The worst delivery ever. bad customer service and rudeness. for sure I'm not gonna order food from your restaurant and not recommend it to anyone.

Kottu hut food was amazing.and staff are freindly. only problem is if i call for delivery at my home any food there was no papadan only the food was in the package..so i hope it will take seriuos and hope make it good secound time.#recomended kottuhut
