So, I ordered this special rice, it said in the menu that it was sausage, huh, bark and garnel. but I was told later that it was fakultatiw and I should mention that I wanted to garnish. the menu didn't say it. was disappointed when the food arrived. If it was optional, they should mention it if they cannot update the menu.

Probably the worst desire I had in a male restaurant. the waiter has not listed our orders on paper. end up brought one with prawns to which our cousin is allergic. I said to the receptor, he was super rude. laughed at a shocking wise.

Bad customer service ever. how you reacted when we reported the order, we got seafood. my sister almost died because she was allergic to meeress fruit and the reaction we got was sarcasm. many thanks for their great service that people laugh about serious situations. will be happy to despise you for the future.

If they have a food allergy, please don't go here. not only will they laugh about you after you complain, they will not take responsibility to bring your life into danger. someone has been through this recently and had to spend several hours in which he spent. food allergies should be taken extremely seriously and the restaurants must make the accommodation appropriate. Once it's known that someone has an allergy, they must be alert.

Seeing a lot of negative comments so im gonna tell my experience. My mother is allergic to seafood and shellfish so one day we ordered a pizza and while we requested them to avoid seafood, we asked them if it was possible and they assured us it was but when the pizza came we found out that it had shrimps in it. Luckily i saw the shrimps before mom tried so i called them and asked them and they refused to give us a refund also. Happened long time back and i never ordered or went there again. Sad to see it happened again. We complained to the staff but didnt take it further. Im glad people are speaking out because if they are still repeating these years later we can really see that they dont care about the customers safety. Also about the rats running around. My brother saw this happen too. Really sad this place shouldn’t be functioning.
