We asked for a trout to roquefort. We felt a weird taste but we didn't know how to identify what was wrong since it was the second time we ate this dish. Once we finished and without complaining, the manager of the place approached to consult for the trout and told us to try it (from the remains of the dish) and told us that it was bitter, apologized and I did not charge the dish. The truth is to value this attitude and get that we ate chivito too and it was all spectacular. I recommend 100%. It has a very quiet environment as it is far from the center.
