Le Royal Malakoff

Maybe a misunderstanding, maybe a lack of effort or attentiveness, who knows. Arrived on a Saturday evening at 8pm. Poor customer service, not even offered a menu. The staff member said there was only chicken on the menu and I politely declined where he then replied, ‘Don’t you want chicken?’. Very odd interaction. Staff member did not want to offer us hospitality despite an empty restaurant.

Very warm guys. We literally spoke 0% french but with Google translator they came out from the kitchen and helped us understand the menu. Food was delicious. Thank you for helping us and taking the time to try to understand our Spanish English and hand language

Passed By while on Vacation loved the ambience.Service Food was amazing.Would definitely dine again!
