Sheriff Playa - Málaga

Restaurant Sherif Playa is excellently located on the car free seafront of El Palo. We had lunch with friends and had pre-ordered a table and a fish paella. We arrived on time but it appeared they had not even started the paella yet, which was a pity...so we ordered a number of other things before...the paella took about 45 minutes to prepare. When it came it was tasty, but pity about waiting time. Otherwise all good

On the last day of August, we decided on a spontaneous bite to eat at one of our local favourites, a short walk from home. And it was wonderful. The setting, on the beach, is perfect, the service friendly and efficient and they clearly follow the quality over quantity principle with less tables, but much better quality of food. We had tuna tostadas in Manteca, boquerones al limon and a few concha finas, all very tasty. In these changed times, the Sheriff is a constant and well worth a visit.

I come here often because I love their espetos , however we always order according to what they have in the menu. In case the price is not stated, do not request it or ask for the price beforehand, if not, you will have an unpleasant surprise when you get the bill. The food is really good, but they overcharge whenever they suggest a dish such as the squid en espeto we had. The flavor was over the top but the cost didn 't match. So make the right choices and you 'll eat wonderfully.

It is no longer called sherif, it is called 7 seas and it is eaten very well and of good quality, very good service. have a variety of spitting fish in the skillet, fried and iron.
