I had to keep going inside to ask for the bottled water, eventually it came, strange when the restaurant practically empty the service seems to go slow! Had olives with our rose wine, but very garlicky. Ordered grilled calamar, excellent.
This is our third trip to Malaga, we are here for a week and we eat here every day. We eat here because the food is very good, the staff are charming and very efficient and there is a super choice. Also the restaurant is full of Spaniards eating, not tourists so the food is authentic.
I enjoyed a rather large mixed green salad which I desperately needed after all of the tapas I had eaten for a week. My husband had the seafood soup which he devoured...(absolutely loved it) followed by an expertly grilled steak with potatoes. The restaurant has awesome outdoor seating on a street which looks like the kind of marble foyer you would find in a palace. Service was great. Would definitely return
Firstly the service was slow, and the waiter got the wrong order so my girlfriend didint get the food before after 20 minutes. When she got the food, the fries with eggs was in a pool of oil, the eggs were extremely salty and not good at all. The waiter was impossible to get a hold of, and he seemed like he didint care if we liked it or not. The place is also very expensive. And they take 2 euro for giving you bread you never asked for. Dont go here.
Visited for dinner and decided to try the Menu of the Day priced at 20 euros per person. We had croquettes and a mixed salad to start, fish with chips as a main (one of the mains the fish wasn't cooked properly) and one cream pudding and fruit cocktail. The fruit cocktail contained chopped apple and a very small amount of pineapple. Not exactly a mixed dessert. Waiter was untidy.
