Although a Wednesday in early October the bar was busy with several locals eating great looking food. The Spanish couple who run the bar spoke no English but understood our very poor Spanish (we live here and helped us order a selection of various tapas dishes. The food was very authentic, fresh and packed with flavour. In total four of us ate 20 dishes with 8 beers for 68 euros or just under £14.50 per person at the current UK exchange rate. What was supposed to be a bite of lunch turned into a long, wonderful afternoon and was enough to fill everybody for the rest of the day. If you've been looking for a little hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of Malaga itself with great food, run by really lovely, friendly and helpful locals then give the bar a try. You wont be disappointed.
We had booked for three o'clock on the outside afternoon, but they called us to say it was better cold than there was no problem. And less bad because the cold was brutal. excellent food and attention. I don't understand the negative comments for this site. I guess sometimes people have a bad day or they can't connect with the person. They took 10 and the tb food.
Stop a coffee and make time after hiking around the area. the site is small but outside the terrace on the day of the sun is a pass to eat and have something.
