Balausta - Málaga

Good food and proper attention. We were placed near the door and as it opens continuously cold. This has to be checked. If I come back, I'll demand that you not put me near the entrance. It is an automatic door that opens continuously by curious and transients and hotel customers. We pass cold.

My mother: she has missed an appetizer, the detail of bread with oil shocks that have not served the oil. the covered terrace is a wonder, very nice. the very nice waiters, perhaps a bit of attention has been missing. very rich food, we recommend cod.

The restaurant is located in the lower part of a hotel, in a very pleasant courtyard at night, and I guess day, with the entrance of light through the glass windows of the ceiling, much more welcoming, even. The tables and armchairs, very comfortable, with tablecloths and cloth napkins (the napkins lacked iron.) the tasting menu, very complete, with well finished and balanced dishes as a whole. the cod point, excellent and the calf tataki, exquisite. the presentation, jotita and adore of a proper dishes, to the point of using fun dishes in rations that deserve a flat dish. The bread of very good quality, although they do not put dish for bread; the oil, perhaps to bet on Malagasy products, does not have a taste enough intense to use it as tasting. Correct wine letter. the water they offer, seems to be of tap with some treatment, so they should not charge it. Beautiful place in the middle of malaga, exquisite food and excellent service. The only one sticks, for putting something, is that you get a half a liter of water. a filtered water in the same restaurant. I think it's a little abusive. I don't care to pay euros for a plate of pasta with truffle and bogavante but for two bottles of water it is laughable. still, I recommend.
