An unexpected lunch in Makawao and we went to Satori. Set in a courtyard patio centrally located in Makawao this was an unexpected gem! Friendly service and fresh and flavorful foods. I had the ramen wow! Great ramen! Lots of fresh veggies and springy noodles in a ginger infused broth. Super yummy) and my companion had the unagi handroll. If you find yourself in the area, definitely worth a detour or a stop! We’ll happily be back for sure.
