If a restaurant offers fresh pasta, I always have to try it. We made a reservation at Casanova in Makawao, even though it's a bit of a drive.
I give this restaurant 5 stars for their food, 4 stars for the ambiance, and 3 stars for their service. Overall, it was a great experience. The restaurant could benefit from a makeover to match the quality of the food.
