Tsumura Sushi Bar & Restaurant - Makati

This is a secret Japanese restaurant in Makati. It is hidden in a company building and shows no sign at the front. You need to know someone who knows this place to come here. Food is expensive, but very authentic. I ordered the Katsu-Curry, the Sashimiter and the roasted chicken! Everything is very fresh, especially the fish. Portion is huge, so it's all worthy! I think this is the best Japanese food in Makati, better than Tokyo Tokyo Tokyo

The Japanese food in Tsumura is one of those places that I would call “classical”. Well grilled and seasoned fish. Beautiful butter beef tenderloins and lunch portions that would make you happy.

It's like a hidden restaurant in the building. A hidden jewel in Salcedo Makati. I can say my favorite restaurant! Food, service and ambience are plausible. High quality Japanese restaurant.

I sat the other night here and impressed. This is not a place to go if you are hungry rather a place to get an authentic Japanese gastro experience. The food came out as if they just came out of a painting or painting, so much effort and art only to give us and experience. And they didn't fail! Staff are very knowledgeable and more than happy to help and suggest what each court offers. The fruit of watermelon and pineapple is exactly the right combination to wash the wealth on your palate. Unpretentious and authentic in food and atmosphere. Dined here with fellow Japanese food enthusiasts and we were not disappointed. The manager or owner often checked on our table and was friendly enough to share some stories while we ate. He recommends to come on Monday to Wednesday when fish is most fresh.
