1. I was apprehensive about a fusion menu, because coming from experience the fusion just turns into a complete confusion. But Belle and Dragon did it :-) each dish looked very well prepared and tasted delectable. 2. Belle and Dragon wont give you a hint on what kind of cuisine you'll have...but definitely the ambiance and experience was superb. Perfect place for a chill out afternoon alone or with a few friends. Would come back to try out other dishes and to experience night life that Belle and Dragon has to offer.

Located in a busy street of Carlos Palanca, Makati. The Belle and Dragon not only is a great place to have some drinks after office hours, they also serve really great food. Wanton Nachos - The very tender ground pork taste so good with crispy Wanton topped with Mozarella and Cheddar Cheese. The Hoisin Sour Cream Slaw and Sriracha Aioli Sauce are perfect combo. Soba Salad - The Soba Noodles were al dente. Sesame Dressing's smell will make you want to dig in more. Mix it well as there's Shrimp and Mangoes underneath. Chicken Karaage Baos - These were my favorite. The Fried Mantou Buns were a bit sweet but the saltiness flavor of the Chicken gave it a very distinct taste. Salt and Pepper Squid - Crispy and chopped bite sized. Perfectly paired with beer. Salmon Aburi - Fried Brusell Sprouts and Bonito Flakes then sauted in Malt Vinegar.
