Taco Bell - Maize

The app stops working within 20 minutes of closing, which is understandable, but it's frustrating since they can track your location and know you're in the parking lot. I ordered two supreme tacos, but both were missing tomatoes, and one of them barely had any meat. When I went back, they were closed, but they did answer the window and gave me a bowl of tomatoes, which was nice. They often have "limited time" items that they stop serving, and I think they should continue offering them based on their popularity.

They probably don't pay much attention to these reviews, but here it goes. I attempted to use the drive-thru, but no one responded. I waited for over five minutes saying hello, and there was no reply. I then drove up to the window, but still received no acknowledgment of my presence. I ended up driving around to the front and went inside to place my order, yet the drive-thru worker still failed to mention that there was someone waiting to order. Finally, someone came to take orders, but I only received a burrito and a taco when I had ordered two tacos. There were three employees wearing headsets. This is another place I won’t be returning to.

The bean burritos are incredible! The food was served hot and fresh. I dined in for lunch, and the price per person was between $1 and $10. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.
