When you treat people bad that’s what reviews are for, to warn the general public. This shop needs new management, they do not know what they are doing and are pushing good paying customers away with the rude and bad attitude of the manager/employees left in charge for management. Particularly a brunette girl with a pony tail and way too much highlighter on her nose refused to give me her name when I asked and asked for a manager. She does not know how to manage at all and stated she would not give me her name if I write a review . Her name is Laura or Ashley in case she made it up, extremely juvenile there

Even though it isn’t supposed to close until 10pm the staff WILL kick you out an hour or so early. I know the staff want to get home but the store should be open according to their states hours. 10pm means 10pm. We will not return any time soon.

First time here and it was wonderful! Very refreshing on a hot day.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting this location. It was a nightmare from start to finish. The hygiene and cleanliness were abysmal – I was greeted by sticky floors and dust-covered shelves. It felt like I was in a place that hadn't been cleaned in years. The customer service was equally dreadful. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. When I finally did manage to get someone's attention, they were rude and unhelpful. It was as if I was inconveniencing them by being there. As for the quality of the products, it was a joke. It's clear that this store cares more about cutting costs than providing anything of value to their customers. I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy.
