Kaiser Biobaeckerei Grosse Bleiche

Imperial is a very good (but not very cheap) small bakery chain. all they sell is organic and also they highlight their vegan items very clearly with a dark green point on the respective article description. German brot is usually vegan, but unfortunately used imperial honey in many broths. but they have some vegans and they are absolutely great and keep fresh for at least one week. the best part is the sweetness: make sure to buy some walnut (walnut bread rolls), cranberry cookies or one of their vegan spelt cakes. these are probably the best vegan sweet bakery products they can buy in mainz!

Everything they do is very special, but I am especially fond of the walnut roll
