I believe that Charles, the shift manager with the long hair, is exceptional! He is the kindest and most pleasant person, always willing to help and incredibly polite. He truly makes my visits to this Montgomery location something to look forward to. It was a pleasure to meet someone like him. I even had to ask if he receives recognition for his outstanding performance, as he truly deserves it. I appreciate you all.
