Having recently returned from Taiwan, I decide to try this restaurant to rediscover the flavors enjoyed on the island... mission accomplished. The cuisine is truly traditional, balanced dishes and delicate notes. The kindness of the staff is also very reminiscent of the style of their fellow countrymen. The environment is elegant and clean. One of the best Taiwanese restaurant I've been to! The Taiwanese style fried chicken is totally a winner. We ordered pork chop and luroufan as well. The owner is also very kind and sweet. The lady boss is super nice. I thought I would be hard to get along with when I came in. But she was so nice. She even came out to remind me to pay attention to the safety of my bags after she left.
