Iconic place in that little piece of Milan enclosed between Parco Solari, the Navigli area and via Papiniano (for fans of Saturday stalls) The traffic on the road prevents the relaxation of the conversation, better to choose an internal table... anyway.... mandarin juice super! Paying 5 euros for a zeppola is madness, not to mention legalized theft. The place is nice, but the staff is rude and the products are expensive and not up to quality. This bar is a sign of the fact that in Milan they can ask you any amount for just enough products. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered a cake for 4 people with Deliveroo and when it arrived I was surprised by the size of the package. I opened the box and the cake was all squashed towards one side and therefore unpresentable. I call the pastry shop to give my feedback on the delivery and without almost letting me finish speaking they immediately blame the riders. I would like to point out that the box was disproportionate in size compared to the contents and that above all, knowing that it was a delivery, the cake had not been adequately protected internally. (A folded piece of cardboard was enough as a shock absorber). I was told that their packages are the same and that they don't have any smaller ones. So if I bought a cake on the spot to take to a dinner for 2/4 people I would come out with a giant and disproportionate package?!? I find it absolutely inelegant And in any case, if this is their policy, if they want to offer a delivery service, they should equip themselves with containers suitable for transport or leave it alone. I wonder how anyone can get lost in these things, especially from a pastry shop of this level. I'm very satisfied with the quality and goodness of the products, but we're not quite there when it comes to customer attention.
