Location was good and check in was fine, but my roomie found a bedbug in the room. glad he told me and we were both able to get a new room, but i will never stay here again. also expensive (but good) bar and not really a lot of social atmosphere in the evening. i expected more. Rooms: There were bed bugs in my room and the shower and sink were dirty. Rooms: 1

Bed Bugs Alert!!! It’s a beautiful hostel with a perfect location and great staff but unfortunately it has a bed bugs problem! Our room was infested with bed bugs! Which is horrible and will rob your sleep. After speaking to the staff they kindly offered us a new room. While checking the new room for more bed bugs we immediately found the crawling on the walls. So we stayed in our former room because we were assuming that every other room has bugs as well. I wanna point out that’s not a problem of hygiene or bad cleaning routine but it seems to me that the hostel really well knows that there’s a bed bugs problem and they should definitely put more effort into fighting the bugs! It’s just not enough to spray the bed with some insect spray from the next drug store and pretend like there’s a procedure for when bed bugs occur. They mentioned in a former review they would block the rooms and deal with it, that’s a lie! It seems like they don’t care enough. I get that there’s a probability of having bed bugs when staying in a hostel but the hostel must reflect itself and find working and efficient solutions to the bugs. Accepting the bed bug problem is just careless and disrespectful towards the guests! I still wanna thank the staff for their care help and for the free laundry.

Staying with a group of 60+. Rooms are nice for a hostel. Bathroom is big enough for 6 people. After one night woke up and saw 3 bedbugs and another person saw one on their bed. The staff handled it very well and gave us a new room and cleaned the old one. Also was given money to laundry. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 4

A hostel with a lot of life, beautiful common areas and practical rooms. I stayed in a women-only room for two nights, I didn't have any problems and the breakfast was pretty good (little vegan option) Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value
