Maidstone Tandoori

This might just be the best Indian food I have ever had delivered straight to my door. It was delicious, fresh, and arrived hot and right on schedule. I will definitely be ordering from them again and highly recommend it. Normally, I prefer dining in at Indian restaurants instead of getting delivery, but given the current situation, we are still a ways off from being able to do that. Thankfully, we have places like Maidstone Tandoori to satisfy our cravings until things return to normal.

I waited over an hour for my food in December, and one item was missing. Despite being a loyal customer for years with few complaints, I was disappointed. I ordered £48 worth of food, but with 4 items missing, I only received £30 worth. After 40 minutes of no response, I finally spoke to the manager who doubted my honesty and refused to refund my money. Instead, I was told I would receive my missing items tomorrow or next week. Additionally, the food arrived 30 minutes late and was lukewarm. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Takeaway with delivery. Over an hour after the quoted delivery time. Called 4 times and kept being told, In 5 Minutes.

Order from here on a regular basis, had a get together and recommended this place. Once food arrived we was missing a dish called the restaurant and said on the phone it was his mistake and forgot to make it and was sending one out in the next 10 minutes which never arrived. Called again and said he would call the driver. And was told it was delivered but were indoors and was never given to us. Told to wait an extra 45-50 mins for it to arrive so asked for a refund and was happy to do so l. Once money had been refunded and going elsewhere due to food being cold. Got a rude message to say never to order again as we will not be survived. Shame as we constantly order from them as it’s amazing food.

We came across Maidstone Tandoori whilst at our daughters house. We had such a lovely meal with them we decided to order it for ourselves tonight. The food was fresh and tasty. So often chicken is cooked tandoori style and then added to the sauce but not here. Each item that we chose had its own flavour and was delicious. We will be ordering again!
