Leah's Bistro - Maidstone

My party of four adults and two children had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our waiter was rude and impatient, immediately pressuring us to place our food order as soon as we sat down. When we asked for a moment to decide, he became annoyed and said he would just take our drink orders instead. He then proceeded to serve our drinks, including a hot pot of tea which he spilled onto our two-year-old child's shoulder. He showed no remorse, simply brushing it off as "only a drop" before walking away without apologizing. We chose to leave without paying for our drinks or ordering food, and we definitely won't be returning to this establishment.

The service at this restaurant was fantastic and efficient. Even though we only ordered drinks and a shortbread, the service was exceptional and the drinks were of high quality. The decor was also very visually appealing. I would definitely return to this restaurant in the future.

I visited Leah's Bistro last Friday around 10:00. It was quite busy, but we were served promptly and the staff were friendly. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, although at slightly different intervals. I ordered the English breakfast, which was delicious. The flat whites we ordered were also very good. Overall, Leah's Bistro is a great spot that I have visited multiple times and have never had a bad experience.

Lovely relaxing venue. The staff are very friendly and polite. We didn't stop to eat this time, but the food looked good. Will try that next time.

Absolutely horrible staff. Confrontational, unapologetic, gut-wrenchingly appalling behavior. The lack of respect and understanding has angered me to absolutely make it known how terribly ill mannered the staff is to everyone I know in the area.
