Al-amin Tandoori - Maidstone

I have been ordering takeout from Al-Amin for 23 years, and I can honestly say that in all that time, we have only had a few issues. There were a couple of times when we were missing bhajis, and once we received the incorrect order. However, these issues were quickly resolved. The food is always of top quality and served hot.

Tonight's dinner was disappointing. The chips were cold, an item was missing from our order, and the starters were dry. The salad was warmer than the food itself and the popadoms were stale. When we called the restaurant to address these issues, their reply was that they were busy. This is not acceptable.

I would not order from this restaurant again because they clearly do not prioritize customer service. There are many other Indian takeout places that provide better service.

Really lovely meals. 4 mains. Really nice naan. Good rice. Nice amount of spice. Best curry takeout I've had for a while. Will be a repeat customer

This take away was delicious, and more than I ordered. 2 poppadoms became 4 delivered, and a free naan was also included. Would definitely recommend the tandoori mixed grill. All the meat was so tender and I had to split the delivery in 2 as there was no way I was going to manage in 1 sitting. Highly recommended A
