As a cooker service is everithing, serve proprely beginning with the product and ending whit the material you use to Cook them. SHOULD NOT BE LEGAL TO HAVE THIS RESTAURANT OPEN. The freezer and refrigerators are not on the right temperatures its not storaged proprely, meat with fish, cooked and raw everithing its mix. The oil to fry its reused for 2 weeks minimum.The sou ia made once a week if ir sells if not status another week. I was forced to serve a tradicional dish called tripas that was made 13 days ago it was discusting, but thats not the worst thing everything that comes back to the kitchen its reused like olives, rice even meats. Once at night a piece of vitela meat come back to the kitchen and the Next morning was microwaved and send to the customer. It could be a very good restaurant with very good dishes but the greed of the owner it's to powerfull to do things correctly.

The choise of flavours and the affection dedicated to the making of all dishes shows the excellence of the people giving their best to please you on your meal.

Food tastes like you wished and the whole atmosphere is appealing and make you feel at home The food and service were superior. I really felt like I was special
